Note: FanJersey Lab operates as a print-on-demand company, and our operating process involves several steps:

1. Customer places an order.
2. We process the order and proceed with printing (2-3 business days).
3. Goods are packed and delivered to the customer via UPS, USPS, DHL, or other delivery services (4-7 business days).

If your order has already exceeded the 12-hour cancellation window, we are unable to cancel it as the item would have already been produced.
