While we always strive for perfection, we understand that mistakes can occasionally happen. In the rare event that something goes wrong, we are committed to providing you with a worry-free experience. Simply notify us within 15 days of receiving your order, and we will take care of the rest.
Our Do-It-Right Guarantee
- If your order includes items that are materially different from your approved design or are produced on incorrect products, we will remake those items or issue a full or partial refund based on your preference.
- If we are unable to reproduce or correct the items to meet your expectations, we will issue a refund for those items. Refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days after we receive the returned products.
Cancellations
Because all personalized items are custom-made, a $20 customization fee per item is included in your purchase.
- If you wish to cancel your order, please email us with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will cancel and refund your order if it has not yet entered production.
- Once production has started, cancellations are subject to a $20 restocking fee per item.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees and discounts on personalized items (except in cases of incorrect shipments). After your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, and up to one billing cycle for it to reflect on your statement.
